Residents are advised that beginning Monday March 23, 2020, the Ottumwa Transit bus stop will be temporarily moving from their location on Market and Main St. to the Muni/Hydro Parking Lot by the river. This is being done due to utility work in the area. The work is estimated to take four weeks, weather permitting.
