Ottumwa Transit

On April 21, 2020, the Ottumwa City Council voted by Resolution to accept the proposal by 10-15 Transit to operate the fixed route system currently operated by Ottumwa Transit. Ottumwa Transit ceased operations in the City of Ottumwa effective July 1, 2020. 10-15 Transit provides all fixed routes in the City of Ottumwa.
